Alt rock band Weezer roll out single, announce new album

Get ready, Weezer fans - not only have the 'Buddy Holly' alt-punk revealed their huge new single, but they've also announced details new record The White Album and some UK tour dates, Gigwise said.

The band have announced details of another self-titled album - being dubbed as 'The White Album', following from the classic Blue and Green albums, and the latter day Red album. The record is due for release 1 April, and is preceded by the single 'King Of The World', which you can check out below.

The tracklisting for The White album is: 'California Kids' 'Wind in Our Sail' 'Thank God for Girls' '(Girl We Got A) Good Thing' 'Do You Wanna Get High?' 'King of the World' 'Summer Elaine and Drunk Dori' 'L.A. Girlz' 'Jacked Up' 'Endless Bummer'

The band will be launching the record with two UK shows.

Meanwhile, fans are also expecting the band to hit festivals this summer - after frontman Rivers Cuomo hinted that they'd be appearing at Reading + Leeds.
