During the process of conflict settlements in Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Osetia I shall proceed from the existing results and initiatives, said Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, the upcoming OSCE Chairman-in-Office. "We will work on the bases of those results which already exist in that very sphere," added Miguel Angel Moratinos, RFE Radio Liberty reports. It is worth mentioning that last week the OSCE MG Co-Chairs had a meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister. They introduced him with the details of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict negotiations.
