OSCE’s Warlick holds “excellent Karabakh discussions” in Washington

The OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair has discussed the Karabakh peace process in the United States.

“Excellent discussions today in Washington on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and Nagorno Karabakh peace,” James Warlick tweeted Wednesday, January 20.

Also addressing the Nagorno Karabakh conflict during a Switzerland-hosted meeting on Wednesday, January 20 were Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.

Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire on the night of January 20-21, firing over 300 shots from various caliber weapons, including 82-mm mortar (2 shells), the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army said.

Karabakh armed forces continue controlling the situation and protecting the positions.
