The two controversial reports on Nagorno Karabakh may not be discussed at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the PACE President said Monday, January 25.

Prior to the opening of the PACE’s winter session, Anne Brasseur, whose mandate ends on Monday, gave a press conference, also referring to the anti-Armenian reports “Escalation of violence in Nagorno Karabakh and other occupied territories of Azerbaijan” and “Inhabitants of frontier regions of Azerbaijan are deliberately deprived of water.”

“Many suggest to not discuss those two reports,” Brasseur said. “The final decision, however, is up to the Assembly.”
