A report on Armenia's fulfilling commitments will be heard during the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe January 22-26, head of the Armenian delegation to PACE Tigran Torosian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "The report will be given on January 23. No other issues regarding Armenia or Azerbaijan will be considered at the winter session," he said.
