Daenerys Targaryen and many other "Game of Thrones" characters are not safe in the forthcoming season, if Emilia Clarke is to be trusted. Met on the red carpet at the 2016 SAG Awards Saturday, January 30, the actress told E! News that the sixth season "almost killed us," AceShowbiz said.

"Legitimately, this season almost killed us," the British beauty, who plays "Mother of Dragons" Dany, told Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski. She gushed, "Like, it is epic. Like, it's huge. It's insane. It's silly."

Also at the same event, Sophie Turner teased her character Sansa Stark's arc in the next installment. Calling season six "a really, really big one for Sansa," she told EW, "It's probably her best season yet. It's her really coming into her own. She, this season, really commands the respect that she deserves and she grabs hold of it and she runs with it and it's really good."
