The 1975 alt rock band adding more shows to 2016 UK tour

The year looks increasingly likely to belong to The 1975, with the band adding yet more shows to their upcoming 2016 UK tour, Gigwise reports.

The band, who are gearing up to release their difficult (to pronounce) second album I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It on 26 February, have met the phenomenal demand to catch them on the road by adding a handful of dates to their upcoming run of shows - including an impressive fifth night at London's Brixton Academy.

Matt Healy and co have also added a fourth date at Manchester's O2 Apollo on 12 March and one at the the O2 Academy Glasgow on 17 March.
