Garry Marshall's "Mother's Day (2016)" has got its first trailer ahead of the April 29 premiere in the United States. The star-studded romantic comedy revolves around the struggles of modern-day moms, weaving different stories about several mothers as the title holiday approaches, AceShowbiz said.

Julia Roberts plays a career woman named Miranda, a redhead with a blunt bob do who may or may not have a child. Jennifer Aniston is a single mother named Sandy who was dumped for a younger woman. She has two sons who constantly argue with her. Kate Hudson is Jesse, a mother trying to reconnect with her own mom and Jason Sudeikis is Bradley, Mr. Mom facing the challenges of raising a teenage daughter.

Timothy Olyphant plays Sandy's ex and Shay Mitchell is his new love interest while Brittany Robertson plays a girl who is looking for the mother she never knew.
