Swap of Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgham Asgarov, who were taken captive for commando activities in Karabakh is impossible, Karabakh’s chief prosecutor said, according to Novosti Armenia.

“They have committed crimes and are currently serving their respective terms in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The swap of such criminals is impossible,” Artur Mosiyan said.

The head of Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Refugees and IDPs had earlier proposed to exchange the diversionists for Armenian hostages, kept in Azeri jails.
