The meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov was positive, RA FM Vartan Oskanian told RFE/RL. "I can't say we achieved serious progress but it was useful experience and the talks should be continued," he said adding that Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev will hardly meet before the parliamentary election in Armenia.
