Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Monday, March 14 with the personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

As the President’s press office reports, the meeting addressed a number of issues related to the situation along the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
