Vladimir Spivakov, Moscow Virtuosi to perform in Yerevan Apr 28-29

The Moscow Virtuosi, under the baton of prominent Russian conductor Vladimir Spivakov, will on April 28-29 give two concerts at the Aram Khachaturian concert hall in Yerevan, Armenia.

On the first day, the orchestra will perform Mozart's Divertimento No.3 in F major, Luigi Boccherini's Symphony No. 6 in D minor Op 12 No 4, Joseph Haydn's Piano Concerto No. 11 in D major, Shostakovich/Barshai's Chamber Symphonies, Shostakovich Adagio & Allegretto (Elegy & Polka).

The concert will feature soloist Alexandra Stychkina (piano).

On April 29, the musicians will play Mozart Divertimento No.1 in D major, Tchaikovsky Serenade for Strings in C major, Rossini Sonata a Quattro No.3, as well as Piazzolla’s 3 Tangos and the Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, with Denis Shulgin (violin), Lev Iomdin (violin), Georgy Tsay (violin) and Yevgeny Stembolsky (violin) performing as soloists.
