A final, lasting settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is a top priority for the OSCE Minsk Group, the U.S. Co-chair said in an interview with the Voice of America.
“We are very concerned about the ceasefire violation attempts,” Ambassador James Warlick said. “Civilian casualties are the most troubling incidents on the contact line. We strongly condemn the use of artillery.”
Commenting on a letter by Chairman Ed Royce and Representative Brad Sherman, currently circulating in the U.S. Congress, Warlick said the MG Co-chairs support this pro-peace initiative.
