"We have already had a chance to label the last stage of talks as constructive and hopeful, the Co-Chairs agree with this. Most probably, the Azeri Deputy Foreign Minister on the eve of the coming meeting between FMs prepares ground for non-constructive stance for Baku," Arman Kirakosyan underlined, the RA MFA press office reports.
