2 people were killed and 8 more were injured on Monday, April 25, at around 9:50pm, as a blast hit a bus on Yerevan, Armenia's Halabyan street.
According to a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent, an item inside a Bogdan bus exploded.
The driver of the vehicle survived the blast, suggesting the blast originated in the middle of the bus.
The explosion was not fragmentary, but a wavy one, Armenia's Chief of Police, Vladimir Gasparyan said.
Gasparyan neither confirmed, nor refuted a possible terror attack.
The condition of all the injured is assessed as stable, Armenia medical center said Tuesday, adding that their lives are out of danger.
