VivaCell-MTS on Wednesday, June 8 announced a new subscription plan.

Subscribing to VivaCell-MTS’ StartPhone tariff plan for 24 months, users can now get an HTC M9+ or BLU Pure XL smartphone for AMD 1.

For AMD 17 500 monthly fee, subscribers also get 5000 on-net minutes, 100 minutes to Armenia’s other networks and 15 000 MB of Internet every month.
