N. Bordyuzha: Armenia is a country that totally binds her security with CSTO
Armenia is oriented towards development of cooperation with the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolay Bordyuzha, CSTO Sec. Gen. told during his lecture in Yerevan State University. "With great satisfaction we underline that actually all power branches of Armenia are oriented towards further development of cooperation between the republic and Organization," he stressed.

N. Bordyuzha said, Armenia is a country that totally binds her security with the CSTO, and the activity of the Organization is aimed at ensuring protection of interests of the republic. "Armenia is an efficient CSTO ally, and in this respect we appreciate republic's role as extremely active," he underscored.

At the same time Nikolay Bordyuzha noticed that Armenia actively uses the preference in the issue of obtaining armament. "These preferences are given to the republic in the framework of preferential system that are given to all CSTO member-states," he underlined. N. Bordyuzha said the preferential system of CSTO is a chance for all member-states to buy Russian armament by domestic prices, while prices of Russian military equipment and arms exported to the West and CIS other countries are much higher. "This is only one of several favorable sides of cooperation between Armenia and the CSTO. It is worth mentioning that a considerable number of Armenian servicemen undergo training in Russian high military institutions and academies," N. Bordyuzha concluded, "Novosti-Armenia" reported.
