Azerbaijan exceeded quotas of Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty (CAFET), NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia Robert Simmons stated in Baku. "This year we indicated Azerbaijan that it has acquired more armament exceeding CAFET quota, and this issue must be solved in the framework of OSCE in Vienna," he stressed.
