Matthew Bryza thinks progress is reached in Karabakh talks
"An agreement has already been reached on the principle of government of the Nagorno Karabakh. After parliamentarian election in Armenia scheduled for May 12 new opportunities will occur," OSCE Minsk Group American Co-Chair Matthew Bryza stated. He said, soon after May 12 parliamentary elections in Armenia presidents of both countries will meet again and discuss the latest agreements. "I do not want to say that they will reach a final decision, since still there exist disagreements between the conflicting parties," the American mediator underscored, APA reports.
