Prague process not impeded by upcoming election in Armenia
There are objective conditions for reaching an agreement on the fundamental principles of the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, said Russian Co-chair of the OSCE MG Yuri Merzlyakov. "As to subjective factor, it's a bit harder. However, the Co-chairs do not lose hope and work for coordination of the remaining unsettled issues," he said.

The Prague process is not impeded by the upcoming parliamentary election in Armenia. However, leaders of the states are not expected to meet before the election, Merzlyakov said adding that the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers are likely to launch a regular round of talks in April, reports Novosti Azerbaijan.
