Juventus say no offers received for Paul Pogba

Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta has insisted that the club have not received any offers for Paul Pogba this summer, Sports Mole reports.

The 23-year-old is understood to be in high demand amongst Europe's biggest clubs, with Real Madrid reportedly leading the race for his signature.

Earlier speculation suggested that Juventus were resigned to losing the France international, but Marotta reiterated his importance to the team and hinted that he would stay.

"As for Pogba, we haven't received any offer, and he is a fundamental player for the present and the future of Juventus," he is quoted as saying by Sport Mediaset.

Pogba has made 178 appearances for Juve since joining on a free transfer from Manchester United in 2012.
