Mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov sent a condolence message on the death of RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, reports the RA government's press office. The message says in part, "A talented and skilled leader left this world. He worked for strengthening the economy and improvement of living conditions of the population. He also made a great contribution to the development of the Armenian-Russian economic and humanitarian cooperation. We will always revere the memory of Andranik Margaryan."
