Manchester United to finalize Henrikh Mkhitaryan move "at weekend"

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is on the verge of completing his move to Manchester United from Borussia Dortmund, with the deal expected to be done at the weekend, The Daily mail reports.

A private jet arrived from Dortmund at Manchester Airport at 3.30pm on Friday, July 1 afternoon, although the club declined to confirm that the 27–year-old forward was on board.

Sportsmail understands that a transfer fee is yet to be agreed but that the two clubs are not far apart in their valuation, and there are no major obstacles to completing a deal in the region of £26million (about $34.5 million).

Mkhitaryan should become another big Jose Mourinho signing, following shortly after Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whose deal will be completed on Friday.

The Armenia international has a year left on his contract with the Bundesliga club, The Daily Mail says.
