The issue of Turkey's participation in the process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement depends on the country's constructive contribution to the peace talks, a spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Minister said Thursday, July 21.

"Turkey's participation in the Karabakh settlement - and not only Turkey's - and in virtually any other conflict can only be considered from the viewpoint of constructive interaction," Maria Zakharova said.

"If a country has something to add in a positive way, I believe there can't be any problems, but as I said, only in the event of a constructive contribution."
