Relations between Georgia and Russia have never been too good
Relations between Georgia and Russia have never been too good, member of the Republican Party of Georgia, political scientist Paata Zakareishvili stated to the PanARMENIAN.Net journalist. "Now Russia tries to do a bad turn to Georgia on the quiet and instead of honestly establishing relations, for some reasons Russians choose secret ways. And we too blame Russia for all our misfortunes thinking of her as the main author. Of course, it is not so. But just recall the story with intelligence officers. Saakashvili catch at that excuse to show the West his anti-Russian sentiments. The problem of Eduard Shevarnadze, whose name "cunning fox" is not in vain, is in the fact that he used to play with everyone - both with Russia and the West. Saakashvili decided to stake on the West and now we have a situation, when Georgia is the most democratic country in the region for the U.S. However this is very bad for the states in the region, there is no balance here," the Georgian political scientist underscored.
