Armenia’s Prosecutor General requested he National Security Service to submit the criminal case dealing with the police station seizure (Article 219, paragraph 3, point 1 and Article 235, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code) to the Special Investigations Service for a “full, comprehensive and objective investigation.”

A case on mass disorders was also to be submitted to the Special Investigations Service.

A joint task force of the NSS, Investigative Committee and the Special Investigations Service will be formed for effective investigation.
