The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has stripped more athletes of medals for failing drug tests at the Beijing 2008 Games, including Armenian weightlifter Tigran Martirosyan.

Also among the athletes tested positive for doping are silver and bronze-winning weightlifters Marina Shainova and Nadezhda Evstyukhina, 4x400m runner Tatyana Firova from Russia, as well as Alexandru Dudoglo and Intigam Zairov from Moldova and Azerbaijan, respectively.

According to the report, the National Olympic Committees of all those countries must return the medals as soon as possible.
