European Union's Charge d'affairs in Armenia appointed
The European Union appointed Raul de Lutzenberger as EU's Charge d'affairs in Armenia, RA Deputy Trade and Economy Minister Tigran Davtyan stated in Yerevan. He said, Raul de Lutzenberger has diplomatic status, as well as is the head of the European Union's delegation in Armenia. "The EU has already established its representation in Armenia. In this connection appointment of EU's Charge d'affairs is an evidence of increasing the status of EU representation in Armenia. Appointment of an ambassador will become the next stage of developing the bilateral relations," T. Davtyan said, "Novosti-Armenia" reports.
