People's Party of Armenia called election «well-directed performance»
«I cannot say for certain what kind of violations were made during the parliamentary election, because the final results have not been announced yet. However, we have found out that there were plenty of inaccuracies in the rolls of the polling station 29/11 (where RA President and PM Serge Sargsyan voted). For example, there was a list of 30 voters. 20 people were registered in one house, however actually only 8 live there, the others are dead,» Ruzan Khachatryan, a Spokeswoman for the People's Party of Armenia told reporters May 13.

The reporters, however, noted that one of those «dead» is Lyudmila Ter-Petrosyan, Armenia's first President's wife, who is in good health. On hearing this, Ms. Khachatryan confused and said she «didn't notice» this surname

After a little pause, Ms. Khachatryan started speaking of other violations, specifically of the fact that voters were conveyed to the polling stations in mini buses.

Calling the election «a well-directed performance», she said, «We will make a statement after the announcement of the final results.

She also noted that the PPA should garner over 5% of votes, since «there were many people present at the rallies and meetings in villages.»

The party will organize a rally in Liberty Square May 13, she said.
