Lollapalooza announces the lineups for its 2017 South American editions. Among those to headline next year's Lollapalooza in Chile, Argentina and Brazil are Metallica, The Strokes and The Weeknd, AceShowbiz reports.

They will join an impressive roster which also includes The xx, The Chainsmokers, MO, G-Eazy, Tove Lo, Martin Garrix, Duran Duran, Cage the Elephant, Tegan and Sara, The 1975 and Marshmello.

The Latin Lollas will hit Brazil first on March 25-26 at Autodromo de Interlagos in Sao Paulo before heading off to Buenos Aires, Argentina on March 31 and April 1. Without a break, the fest continues in Santiago, Chile on April 1-2.

Last year, the Latin Lollas were headlined by Eminem, Mumford & Sons, Florence and the Machine and Jack U. They were supported by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Snoop Dogg, Tame Impala and Alabama Shakes among other performers.
