Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan has become a shareholder of OGK-2, a Russian power generation company (owned by Gazprom); 0.009% of the company belongs to him, RIA reports citing OGK-2 documents.
Karapetyan's share in the company changed on Wednesday, October 26. He held no shares in OGK-2 before.
OGK-2 explained that the premier received the shares as a reward for his work carried out in 2015.
