Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Hrachya Rostomyan on Friday, October 28 proposed organizing a concert of Serj Tankian, frontman of the System Of A Down rock band, in Tsaghkadzor.

Addressing the conference Welcome to Armenia, Rostomyan said there are no entertainment centers for the youth doing sports in Tsaghkadzor.

"Everything is great there, including the quality of snow, but there is absolutely nothing to do shortly after noon. There are no amusement hubs except for casinos," Rostomyan said.

A possible concert by Tankian would attract a lot of youth - as many as 100.000-150.000 people - he said.

"The Formula One motor race in Abu Dhabi is a major event not only in terms of sports, but also in view of the famous artists being invited for concerts," the Minister added.
