Nagorno Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan on Monday, October 31 participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of a new apartment building to be constructed for the families of Defense Army officers and the fallen freedom fighters.

Sahakyan expressed gratitude to philanthropist Vitaly Grigoryants for participating in the implementation of this initiative, noting the demand for and significance of such projects.

Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials also took part in the event.
