Azeri leaders dissatisfied with neutral position of OSCE in Karabakh problem
If OSCE wishes to increase its authority, it must become a more effective organization, trying not to adhere to neutral position, Azeri Deputy Foreign Minister, President's Special Representative on the Nagorno Karabakh Problem Araz Azimov stated in Baku to journalists Monday. He said, "OSCE's efficiency may consist in restoring the broken principles of the organization on the example of the Karabakh conflict".

He said, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos's current visit to the region demonstrates the interests of the organization in the Nagorno Karabakh problem. However, in Azimov's opinion, the desire must not be limited only by the chairmanship of OSCE. "Support of OSCE member-states and particularly of the Minsk Group countries is necessary," Azeri President's Special Representative said, Trend reports.
