Warpaint joins star-studded line-up for Nos Alive 2017

One of 2017’s most exciting festivals just got even bigger, with Warpaint joining the line-up for Nos Alive 2017, NME reports.

Returning synth-pop veterans Depeche Mode were the first to be announced, before Foo Fighters revealed that they’d be making their European festival comeback at Nos – with The Kills joining the bill earlier this week.

Now, Warpaint are the latest addition – performing on the Heineken Stage of the Portuguese bash on 7 July.

This year saw the release of Warpaint’s acclaimed new album ‘Head Up’ – which they later revealed to be inspired by the death of David Bowie.

One of Europe’s finest festivals, Nos welcomes Foo Fighters back to Portugal for the first time in six years, where they’ll be performing on Friday July 7 before Depeche Mode close proceedings on July 8. The Kills will be performing on the Palco Nos stage on July 7.

The rest of the line-up is yet to be announced, but Nos Alive 2016 saw incredible performances from the likes of Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Pixies, Chemical Brothers, Biffy Clyro, Robert Plant, Wolf Alice and many more.
