Baku is going to "toughen" its stance in Karabakh problem
The Azeri side states on "the importance to toughen its stance in the issue of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Commenting on the latest meeting between Armenian and Azeri Presidents in St. Petersburg, head of the Azerbaijani presidential administration's international relations department Novruz Mamedov said, "in this case the Azerbaijani State can use its leadership in the region". Mamedov said, "Azerbaijan will toughened his stance over the Nagorno Karabakh issue towards Armenia, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, international organizations and the world community. It is necessary to demand a concrete position from them".

He stated that the sides decided to continue negotiations on the level of foreign ministers. At the same time Novruz Mamedov did not comment on the further process of events on the peaceful solution of the conflict. He said, "if the international community does not express a concrete opinion and make proposals, the question of military solution may arise," "Trend" reports.
