France to block further talks between Turkey and EU
The scheduled negotiations over Turkey's accession to the European Union may fail on two of three articles. Besides Cyprus, Paris has also suddenly stated about his intention to block negotiations. Citing representatives of French diplomatic circles, the newspaper reports that President of the country Nicolas Sarkozy may try to veto negotiations over "Economic and Currency Union" article.
