Armenia, Moldova abolish visas

Armenia and Moldova agreed to abolish visas; a corresponding document was signed on Wednesday, November 16, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

After a meeting in Yerevan, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Moldovan deputy PM, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Andrei Galbur singed agreements on abolshing visas, as well as cooperation in tourism, science and education, also approving the consultations program for 2016-2017 between the two countries.

Also, the Foreign Ministers dwelled upon the expansion of interparliamentary ties and cooperation within international organizations.

Minister Nalbandian briefed his Moldovan colleague on the latest developments around a framework agreement with the European Union.

Besides, the two agreed that all conflicts should have a peaceful settlement.
