EU: there is no necessity in Karabakh's participation in talks at present
«I have held numerous meetings with representatives of Nagorno Karabakh, who demand engagement into the negotiation process,» EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby told a news conference in Yerevan.
