Impossible to solve Karabakh problem in GUAM framework without Russia and Armenia's participation
It is impossible to solve the Nagorno Karabakh problem in GUAM framework without Russia and Armenia's participation, Mikhail Margelov, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Federation Council of Russia thinks. "It is impossible to settle the Nagorno Karabakh problem without including Armenia and Russian in dialog, like it is also impossible to resolve problems of Transdnistria and South Ossetia without participation of representatives from those unrecognized republics and mediators in the face of Russia and the UN," he said.

According to M. Margelov, the Nagorno Karabakh problem cannot be solved only in the framework of GUAM and "in case of such efforts the situation again may incandesce, which may result in open resistance," "Trend" reports.
