Armenian and Russian Defense Ministers discussed social and everyday tasks of 102nd base
Defense Ministers of CIS member countries sat in Moscow to consider implementation of conception of military cooperation till 2010 and coordinate financing of the CIS united air-defense system as well as ratify the plan of joint events for 2008. The Armenian delegation led by Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan took part in the session, RA Defense Minister's Spokesman, Colonel Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net.
Within the sitting framework the Armenian Minister met with his Russian counterpart Anatoly Serdyukov to consider social and everyday tasks of the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri.
During a meeting with Kazakh Defense Minister Daniil Ahmetov, formation of a legal basis for military cooperation between the two states was discussed.
