The Russian Foreign Ministry welcomes the Stepanakert-Yerevan-Baku trip of Armenian and Azeri intellectuals, says a statement issued by the RF MFA. "We eye this event held on the initiative of Armenian and Azerbaijan Ambassadors in Moscow as an important step taken by the Nagorno Karabakh conflict sides towards creation of atmosphere of trust and more favorable situation for the conflict resolution. We are hopeful that the initiated dialogue will be continued and will engage wide publics in both states," the document says.
