Minor violations can't influence outcomes of presidential elections in NKR
The presidential elections in Nagorno Karabakh were held in accordance with the NKR Electoral Code and minor violations can't influence on the outcomes, head of the Donetsk city council Sergey Bogachev told a news conference in Stepanakert.
No complains came from the voters and empowered persons of the presidential contenders. In some polling stations the posters of the contenders were not removed in some polling stations. Not all members of the election commissions
were completely aware of their rights and obligations, he noted.
"Our organization observed the referendum in Transdnistria. I should say that the level of organization in Nagorno Karabakh is higher in Transdnistria. However, the appearance of the voters is lower," he resumed, IA Regnum reports.
