U.S. Jewish community not ready to discuss Armenian Genocide recognition
The Jewish Bar Association of the U.S. has held a survey on the American Jewish community's attitude about the recognition of the Armenian Genocide. As reported the Armenian National Committee of Canada, when asked "Is the Jewish community ready to move past the Armenian genocide debate, or are there still issues - like the congressional resolution - that need to be resolved?" 38.89% of those surveyed said it's "time to move forward." 61.11% said "issues remain."
