War cannot be a means for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, OSCE MG French Co-chair Bernard Fassier told reporter in Yerevan today.

"I have numerously warned of negative consequences of war and will not repeat them again," he said.

For his part, Russian mediator Yuri Merzlyakov said militaristic statements do not promote the settlement process.
