The meeting of the "Caucasian four" with participation of the speakers of the Armenian, Azeri and Georgian parliaments and Russian Council of Federation chairman started in the Georgian capital today. In the course of the meeting the speakers intend to discuss the situation in the Caucasian region, as well as matters of inter-parliamentary cooperation. Let us remind that the first such meeting initiated by the Russian Council of Federation chairman Sergey Mironov was held in Saint Petersburg this June.
