Oskanian, Mammadyarov not to meet in New York
"I will not meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov during my visit to New York. The schedule doesn't include our meeting," RA FM Vartan Oskanian told reporters in Yerevan.
"I am scheduled to meet with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs. They will inform me about the agreements achieved during a meeting with my Azeri counterpart," Minister Oskanian said.
October 1 the Armenian Foreign Minister will depart for New York to participate in the 62nd session of the UN General Assembly. October 3 Vartan Oskanian is due to address the Assembly.
