H.Res.106 removed from agenda of House Foreign Affairs Committee?
The Armenian Genocide Resolution, H.Res.106, has been removed from the agenda of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. The removal notice was posted on the website of the House of Representatives without explanation.

Res. 106, calls upon the President to ensure that the foreign policy of the United States reflects appropriate understanding and sensitivity concerning issues related to human rights, ethnic cleansing, and genocide documented in the United States record relating to the Armenian Genocide, and for other purposes.

The resolution was introduced January 30 by lead author Rep. Adam Schif and has 227 co-sponsors. It was scheduled for vote October 10.
