Yerevan hopes for Czech contribution to Armenia-EU Action Plan implementation
Armenian-Czech political consultations opened in Yerevan October 29, the RA MFA press office said.
The Armenian delegation is led by Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakossian. First Deputy Foreign Minister Tomá Pojar heads the Czech delegation.
Noting the importance of forthcoming visit of Czech Foreign Minister, the Armenian side confirmed Yerevan's aspiration to bring relations with the European Union to a higher level and expressed hope for Czechia's contribution to the implementation of the Armenia-EU Action Plan.
The parties also discussed prospects of cooperation within international organizations.
By the guests' request, Mr Kirakossian briefed on the Karabakh peaceful process and the Armenian-Turkish relations.
