Moscow will host a rally on April 24 to commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide, the Union of the Armenians of Russia said.

Representatives of the legislature, NGOs, expert unions, intellectual elite and youth organizations will gather in central Moscow for the event.

The rally aims to promote international recognition of the Genocide to help prevent future crimes against humanity.
